We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment for regular services and 48 hours for special spa packages. Please note, we do not give refunds.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your appointment so we can give you a tour of the spa. You will then have time to change into a spa robe and enjoy the steam room and sauna.
We request a pre-payment of 50% for spa packages and any multiple services of 2 or more. Cancellations not received within 48 hours will result in charges. No refunds will be given on spa packages. Thank you for understanding.
RITUALS GIFT CARDS
Rituals gift cards are redeemable for services or retail products. All gift card sales are final and cannot be refunded. Refunds cannot be issued for remaining gift card balances. Rituals gift cards are not traceable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service or retail redemption.
Save money by buying multiples of the same spa treatment at one time. Ask a guest services representative to find out more about this program. Series purchases are not transferable and must be used within 6 months of your first series massage or facial service. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.
